Description
HiPure HLPD 68 spindle oil is a fine filtered, zinc-free, paraffinbased special fluid with additives for an excellent wear protection which contributes to the aging resistance and to the improvement of the gliding performance. This product has excellent detergent and dispersing properties. Further it is characterized by its outstanding corrosion protection.
Field of application
Due to the guaranteed and high purity grade this hydraulic fluid is used for the lubrication of bearings in engines and high-frequency spindles, such as Step-Tec.

Operating
Fill into the central system device without any cross-contamination with other material. Seal the bottle carefully after using. Prevent any kind of dust during the filling process. The filling nozzle has to be cleaned before each filling.

EvoFluid HLP
Universally usable hydraulic oils according to HLP DIN 51524-2:1985-06 for hydraulic systems with mainly hydrostatic drive in stationary and mobile hydraulic systems that place high demands on the pressure medium used. Also suitable as machine lubricating oils for the lubrication of high-speed spindles on machine tools in which a low-viscosity medium is recommended. Our spindle oils are available in different viscosities.
EvoFluid HLP hydraulic and spindle oils are made from high-quality base oils with favorable viscosity-temperature behavior, so that trouble-free operation is also possible with changing surrounding or operating temperatures. By adding special active ingredients, good sliding properties, a reduction in wear due to mixed friction and an increase in aging stability are ensured. Good corrosion protection, low foaming tendency, favorable water separation capacity and good compatibility with mineral oil-resistant sealing materials are guaranteed.
