The tool holder’s integrated heating and cooling system is completely automatic and the operator is guided step by step without chance of errors during the correct setup of the tool to be shrink-fitted.

FOCUS ON ERGONOMICS

The ergonomic cockpit integrates at best the setting and cooling sleeves as well as the assembled and disassembled tools.

INTEGRATIONS

CONNECTIVITY – Simple and safe tool data transfer to/from machine tools: advanced dialogue with NC machines is available via RFID systems, QR codes, network and more.

The new image processing and control unit is available on manual and NC automatic systems. The integrated database allows for the management of components, tools, tool records, zero points and adapters.
